These two have been Dana’s Friday night “showing date” couple for the last two months (followed by Friday burgers for dinner – mostly at the Mack). These two bundles of joy started their home search at the beginning of February and saw the good, the bad, and the ugly in the South City housing market. After multiple showings, a couple of minor let-downs, and many conversations later, they landed their freshly-rehabbed dream home in 63109 (minutes from their favorite Friday burger spot, I might add). While it’s always an awesome feeling to get our buyers successfully to the closing table and hand them over the keys to their new house (on our famous LRG key chain, of course), these two were hard to say farewell to. Luckily, we will be seeing them again a few short months when they ring their wedding bells and say “I do”!
